All of our programs are taught by experienced personal trainers and have been scientifically designed to do 3 things very well.

is to burn a massive amount of fat using our non-traditional cardio techniques that will boost your metabolism. Fun kickboxing moves in every session.

is to give you lean muscle and the firm body you deserve through our cutting edge resistance training. Not the boring 3 sets of 12 people do at the gym.

is to empower you with the knowledge to energize, heal, and fuel yourself through maintaining and alkaline balance in your body with clean, fresh, exciting nutrition.

When you first walk into our facility you will instantly notice that it is clean and modern, but most of all it is non-intimidating.

you will feel that everyone here is very friendly, supportive, and motivating and we are here to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your current fitness level is.

CLASSES

The instructor lead sessions will be offered 7 days a week!
As close as it gets to 1 on 1 but with the fun and motivation of working out with others.

Please understand that you do not need to come everyday, but our most successful clients are coming at least 3 or more times per week.

  • All fitness level welcome!

  • 30 min full body workout.

  • We offer small group training (only 14 or less per session.)

  • 2 Trainers will be coaching you through our one of kind circuit.

  • Will include Fit boxing (no prior kickboxing experience necessary)

  • Very addicting workouts that last only 30 min.

  • Toning-core and cardio in every session.

  • New workout every day.

  • Nutritional guidance.

  • Accountability.

  • A fraction of the cost of hiring a 1 on 1 trainer.

  • Session times:
    Monday 6:00am, 9:30am, 12noon, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm.

    Tuesday 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm.

    Wednesday 6:00am, 9:30am, 12noon, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm.

    Thursday 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm.

    Friday 6:00am, 9:30am, 12noon, 4:15pm, 5:15pm.

    Saturday 9:30am.

    Sunday 1:00pm.
